AB 1263 NOTICE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Per Assembly Bill No. 1263 (effective January 1, 2026), as a condition of this transaction, you are required to receive notice of the
following information regarding firearms, firearm accessories, and their manufacture. As a condition of completing the transaction,
the state requires you to read and sign the attestation below, acknowledging that you received and understood this notice.
Additionally, you must present the retailer with ID verifying that you are at least 18 years of age. Battle Ready Arms LLC, the retailer,
does not provide any of the following notices as legal advice and is not in agreement that this acknowledgment should be part of
purchasing any firearm parts, however we provide this notice in the interim while we continue to push back on this new California

Please complete this affidavit before purchasing firearm parts from, and/or shipping firearm parts to, Battle Ready Arms, LLC.

This form is required to comply with applicable California and federal firearm laws, including but not limited to:

California Assembly Bill 1263 (AB 1263), which imposes purchaser and recipient verification requirements for certain firearm parts and accessories shipped into California, including identity verification and lawful-use attestations.

California Penal Code §§ 16520, 27545, and related provisions, governing firearm components, transfers, and dealer involvement where applicable.

California Senate Bill 704 (SB 704) (effective July 1, 2027), which establishes additional requirements for firearm barrels, including dealer involvement in certain transfers or returns.

Federal law and ATF regulations governing firearm parts sales, gunsmithing services, lawful possession, and recordkeeping.

This affidavit applies whether you are: Submitting firearm parts you already own for gunsmithing services, purchasing firearm parts from Battle Ready Arms, LLC (including but not limited to slides, barrels, optics, internal components, or other accessories.

This affidavit confirms lawful ownership or lawful eligibility to purchase, lawful intended use, and that the firearm parts are not intended for unlawful purposes.

You must upload a clear photo of your government-issued photo ID. Additional documentation may be required if your address does not match your ID.

Please note: Depending on the type of part involved (including barrels), California law may require shipment or return to be routed through a California licensed firearms dealer (FFL). If applicable, Battle Ready Arms will contact you to coordinate compliance.
