CUSTOM WORK AGREEMENT

I hereby consent to the modification of my Firearm/Grip Module/Polymer80 Frame, etc. and understand that by doing so, the factory warranty may become void. It is understood that the modifications being performed will permanently alter the Firearm/Grip Module/Polymer80 Frame, etc. and cannot be reversed. I understand that each instance of modification is unique due to the process in which the modification is applied. Battle Ready Arms, LLC reserves the right to refuse modification to your Firearm/Grip Module/Polymer80 Frame, etc. should we deem that it should not be modified in its current condition.

These Terms & Conditions release Battle Ready Arms, LLC,  any and all owners, presidents, co-owners, employees, subcontractors and staff from all liability relating to injuries that may occur as a result of work or services performed. By acknowledging this agreement, I agree to hold Battle Ready Arms, LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in modifying a firearm from its factory specifications. These risks include, but are not limited to, loss of factory warranty, financial loss, bodily harm or injuries including but not limited to death. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. By acknowledging the Terms & Conditions, I forfeit all right to bring a law suit against Battle Ready Arms, LLC for work or services rendered. Any and all modifications are performed as Battle Ready Arms, LLC sees fit based upon their professional opinion and experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your package has been processed there will be a 10% restocking fee. Once your order has a shipping label created cancellation will not be accepted.

If you place an order for a full build and wish to cancel 100% of your initial deposit will be retained or 25% of your order total will be retained if you chose to pay in full upfront. Cancellations, especially on full builds, cost us money and time.

PRIVACY

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, small parts ship within two business days. Small parts orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday, we will ship next business day. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping so long as it is small parts and not custom work.

Payment Plans

If you opt to use one of our payment plans for custom work and services or a product of ours, we will not return or ship the item until the final payment is made.

Turnaround Times

Custom work/stippling/builds turnaround times are estimates. Please note that we strive to complete the work before the estimated time provided, but under certain circumstances it may run over. We do our best to complete everything as fast as possible, but can occur.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Battle Ready Arms or other parties only as an estimate.

Shipping Policy

Delivery is the task of the Carrier. We cannot take responsibility for the delivery time of outgoing packages.

Shipping Time — Most ready to ship orders will ship within 2 business days.

Custom work and builds leads are estimated. Please note that we may complete work before or after the estimated time provided. We do our best to complete everything as fast as possible, but delays can happen.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Battle Ready Arms or other parties only as an estimate.

Please Note: We ARE NOT responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Taxes

Our store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for reporting all sales taxes or other taxes to your state.

Returns & Refunds

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing or if a wrong item is sent please contact us so that we may send you out a replacement. We will also send a prepaid shipping label so you can return wrong product(s) sent free of charge. If a product is returned as defective and it is tested by us and shown to be functional, you will be ineligible for a full refund since we can no longer sell the item as new.

 

PLEASE NOTE: No REFUND will be issued until product(s) are received by the carrier. Once we receive the product(s) we will issue a refund in 1 to 2 business days; however, please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for your banking institution to show the refund.
