If you wish to cancel an order please contact us through our email. If your package has been processed there will be a 10% restocking fee. Once your order has a shipping label created cancellation will not be accepted.

If you send us your frame and wish to cancel then you must cancel before work has started on your frame and there is a $25 dollar fee plus return shipping. If you wish to cancel Once time and work has been put into your frame we will no longer accept cancelations.

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, small parts ship within two business days. Small parts orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday, we will ship next business day. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping so long as it is small parts and not custom work.

Delivery is the task of the Carrier. We cannot take responsibility for the delivery time of outgoing packages.
Shipping Time — Most orders will ship within 2 business days.
Custom frame work will usually take 2 to 4 weeks and will ship within 1 to 2 business days after completion and payment is received.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Battle Ready Arms or other parties only as an estimate.
Our store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for reporting all sales taxes or other taxes to your state.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing or if a wrong item is sent please contact us so that we may send you out a replacement. We will also send a prepaid shipping label so you can return wrong product(s) sent free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE: No REFUND will be issued until product(s) are received by the carrier. Once we receive the product(s) we will issue a refund in 1 to 2 business days; however, please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for your banking institution to show the refund.
